Software for home inspectors
The report, sent — and proven delivered.
An inspection runs from booking to delivered report on one record. Your client books, the agreement is signed, the fee is recorded — and only then does the report open. Every step stays on the record, so “delivered” is a fact you can show, not a thing you remember doing.
In final preparation — coming soon
Nothing is for sale yet — no card, no checkout. The form below is the front of the queue: firms waiting for opening day, and firms coming from another platform starting their move.
What it is
One record, from booking to delivered
Most inspection software writes reports. This keeps the whole job on one record — your office, your inspector in the field, and your client all read the same truth.
Booked
Your client books from your own booking page — your services, your fees, your agreement attached from the start.
Signed
The pre-inspection agreement is signed before the report can open. The signature is recorded — who signed, how, and when — and the signed copy is frozen as signed.
Paid
The fee is recorded against the job. The report stays locked until the payments on record cover it in full.
Released
When the record shows signed and paid, the report opens to your client at a link only they hold — a link your office can replace at any time. Released is a state on the record, with the stamp to prove it.
Assured delivery
“Delivered” should mean signed, paid, and released — with the stamp to prove it.
A sent message proves a button was pressed. Assured delivery proves the delivery itself. Your client's report stays locked until two facts exist on the record, and when both exist, the client reads the report at an unguessable link. If a client ever asks whether the report was really delivered, you do not answer from memory — you open the record.
Signed
The signing step records the signer, the method, and the timestamp, with the document's fingerprint taken before and after. The signed rendering is frozen — the agreement your client signed is the agreement on file.
Paid
The inspection fee must be covered by payments recorded on the job. A partial payment never unlocks the report — whichever order signed and paid arrive in.
Released
Your client reads at a link nobody can guess. Your office can rotate that link at any time, and rotating it retires the old one. Release is a state the record proves.
In the field
Built for the attic, the crawlspace, and no signal
The field app carries the whole job on the phone. No signal in the basement is normal work, not an error state: every finding and every photo is saved on the device as you go, and the inspection can be walked start to finish with no connection at all.
When the signal comes back, sync proves itself. Before a sync, the device declares a manifest — this many findings, this many photos. The office counts what it actually received and returns a receipt. Sync is complete only when the receipt matches the manifest, item for item. Anything less shows the same honest state on the phone and in the office, with the exact counts still outstanding. A green tick on faith is treated here as a defect.
That is the standard this product is built and tested against: airplane mode on, the job walked, the app killed mid-walk the way a dead battery would kill it, reopened — every committed answer still there. Judge any platform, this one included, by whether it survives that test in front of you.
Your book
Your clients and your agents, in one book — with the work attached
Your book is your firm's active client list, and it is a record, not a spreadsheet. Every client and every agent carries their inspections, their invoices and payments, and their delivered reports on the one record. Who sends you work is computed from the jobs attached — never typed in, never a feeling.
Clients
Every homeowner you have inspected for, with their inspections, their payments, and their delivered reports attached to their name — in your possession, on one record.
Agents
The agents who send you work, with every job they sent on their record. When an agent asks what happened on a job, the answer is on that record — not in somebody's inbox.
Referral value, computed
Jobs and fees per agent, added up by the book from the records themselves. Your best agents are a list you can read — a number you can show, not one you estimated.
The covenant
What will never happen here
“Marketing lives in the office, never in the report. No third party's offer will ever appear inside your client's report. Not as an opt-out. Not as an opportunity. Not ever.”
Your clients are yours — earned one reputation at a time. That is a term of the deal, not a setting you have to find and switch off.
Your record is yours
Your book, your reports, and your clients' information are never sold, shared, or handed to anyone else's marketing. Your complete data — reports, findings, photos — is exportable in full, in open formats, at any time. Leaving is your right, not our permission.
Locked means locked
The rate you start at is the rate you keep while your subscription runs — a covenant in writing, not a promotion with an expiry date. If the deal ever changes, it changes for new firms, not under the firms already here.
Switching
Coming from Spectora, Horizon, or another tool?
There is a page for that. Horizon is retiring, with a full shutdown in December 2026, and firms are being moved whether they planned it or not. Our move is done by a person, with you, and verified with you by count — your comment library, your templates, and your report history carried across, and anything that could not be matched named for you, never dropped silently.
Coming soon
Tell us about your firm
In final preparation, and opening soon. Nothing is for sale yet — there is no card to enter and no checkout to reach. This form is the front of the queue: tell us about your firm, and a person reads it and replies.
Coming from another platform? Tell us what you run today and what would need to come with you, and your move starts here. Starting fresh? Say so in the notes — the same queue carries firms waiting for opening day.
What happens next, honestly: we reply to the email you give us. Nothing about your request is shared with anyone else, and asking costs nothing.
Request received — thank you.
Your request is recorded as reference — for your firm.
A person works this queue and will reply to the email you gave us. No subscription has been started, nothing has been converted, and nothing is owed.
If you are mid-move from another platform, keep it running until the move has been verified with you together.
