For firms facing the Horizon shutdown — December 2026

Move your business without losing the library you spent years building.

Carson Dunlop is retiring Horizon, with a full shutdown in December 2026. Your platform is ending. Your comment library, your templates and your report history do not have to end with it. We move them for you — by hand, with you, and verified with you before you run a single job on the new platform.

Free white-glove migration. No card. No subscription forced on you mid-move. A person does this work with you — not a converter you have to trust on faith.

The offer — part one

Free white-glove migration, done for you and verified with you

Other platforms hand you a tool and wish you luck. We offer the labour: a person converts your material, then sits with you — on a call, on the record — while the counts are checked. Nothing is declared moved until you have seen it moved.

Comment library

Your wording is your business. Every comment is carried across, and the move is reconciled by count: comments in, comments out, and anything that could not be matched is listed for you by name — never dropped silently.

Templates

Your sections, your items, your order. Templates are rebuilt to match how you already work, so the first job in the new system feels like the last job in the old one.

Report history

Your past reports come with you, so the record of your work stays in one place — the place you control — instead of dying with a retired platform.

1

Request

Tell us what you run today and roughly how big your library is, using the short form below. Your request joins a queue a person works from.

2

Share what you have

You share the material you have — your library, your templates, sample reports — and we map it with you before anything is converted.

3

Convert and verify, together

We convert, then verify with you: counts in and out, item by item, with any unmatched item named and explained. You sign off the move, or we keep working.

4

Settle in at your pace

Run the new system alongside your move until you are settled. The bridge below means no one forces a subscription decision on you in the middle of it.

An honest note on how this works: we are not going to promise that you upload a file from a retiring platform and it “just works.” File shapes from a closing platform are exactly where promises break. What we promise is the work — done by a person, checked by count, and verified with you — and that promise is the one we can keep.

The offer — part two

The price-lock covenant, in writing

You are being forced to move because a vendor ended your product. The last thing you need is a new vendor who raises your rate once you are settled. So ours is a covenant, not a promotion:

“A subscribing inspector’s rate never rises while the subscription is continuous. List increases grandfather existing subscribers.”

Annual billing is a discount, never a trap. And if we ever change the deal, refunds are pro-rata. That is the whole covenant — short enough to hold us to.

The bridge: pay per report while you move

No orphan is forced into a subscription mid-move. Pay per published report until you are settled, then convert to a subscription whenever you choose — with your history, your library and your reports intact. Nothing is lost in the conversion.

The offer — part three

Provable sync is the demo

“The platform that shut down on you promised your data was safe. Ours proves it, item for item, on every sync.”

Here is the proof, in plain words. Before a sync, your device declares a manifest: this many findings, this many photos, with a fingerprint of the whole set. The server counts what it actually received and sends back a receipt. Sync is complete only when the receipt matches the manifest exactly. Anything less shows the same honest state on the phone and in the office — field-complete, not yet synced, with the exact counts still outstanding. A green tick on faith is treated here as a defect.

The trial experience: try it the hard way, before you pay

The trial is free, takes no card, and covers two full inspections. It opens on the hardest test we know — the one you should run on any platform that asks for your trust:

1

Start a mock inspection, then turn on airplane mode. The whole job must work with no signal at all.

2

Walk the job and answer as you go. Every tap is saved on the device before the screen so much as blinks.

3

Kill the app mid-walk. Force it closed, the way a dead battery or a crash would.

4

Reopen it. Every answer you committed is still there — zero lost, by design and by test.

5

Turn the signal back on and sync — to a countable receipt you can check: findings and photos, counted and matched.

That sequence is the trial experience as designed for this product. Judge any platform — ours included — by whether it survives it in front of you.

The offer — part four

Your data is yours. That is in the terms, not the settings.

Every Horizon firm just learned what it costs when a platform ends and the record ends with it. So this promise — call it the anti-Horizon clause — is written as a term of the deal:

Export at any time

Your complete data — reports, findings, photos and business metrics — is exportable in full, self-serve, at any time, in open formats. No ticket, no permission, no fee for leaving.

An exit path if we ever end

Archived reports never expire while your account lives. And if this product ever ends, your complete record exports in open formats — so the next move, if there ever has to be one, is yours to make, not ours to allow.

Start the move

Request your free migration

Tell us where you are coming from and what needs to move. Your request lands in our migration queue as a numbered record, and a person works the queue — your move starts with a human reply, not an automated conversion.

What happens next, honestly: we reply to plan the move with you, collect your material together, convert it, and verify it with you by count before you rely on it. Nothing about your request is shared with anyone else, and asking costs nothing.

What do you need moved? *

* Required. Your details are used only to work your migration request.

Request received — you are in the queue.

Your migration request is recorded as queue reference — for your firm.

A person works this queue. We will reply to the email you gave us to plan the move: collecting your material together, converting it, and verifying it with you by count. No automated conversion has been run on your data, and no subscription has been started.

Keep your current platform running until we have verified the move with you together.
